DO NOT DEPOSIT ! ABSOLUTE SCAM ! joined deposited, £15 they took £30. Withdrew £15 instantly they took £1 for something so withdrawal was now £14.........the remaining £15 could not be used as the site didn't work at all kept kicking me out of everything and freezing....spoke to their customer service rep ( strangely which did work) she advised me that my internet wasn't working!! Which is funny as I was talking to her on it. Gave up after hours and withdrew the rest of the money and was charges £1 again to do it......I play lots of slot sites but this one is simply fake and a scam. Keep your money for a proper site.

I only put 1 star as you had to or I wouldn't this site is a scam. Alright to take your money but then you need to provide identification I hadn't even heard of to withdraw my winnings, Discussed this with trada in emails to see what they can do about it and they just simply took my winnings from my account,No emails or nothing.

I made a deposit of £11 on the site and while I was playing I noticed my balance go up and couple times so I kept on playing, I then realised after checking my bank that two more transactions had gone through. I genuinely did not realise that more payments had been deposited into my account and that I had unintentionally played the funds. I spoke to customer service to be told there is absolutely nothing they can do and in order to speak to anybody higher I have to email them. Definitely 110% never using the site again

They delay the payouts as much as they can requesting already uploaded documents, the support agents are providing different answers to the same matter. I have multiple cashouts/withdrawals made between 3rd August and 6th August. They cleared the most recent withdraw and for the other payouts they said to wait. No timeframes no nothing. It has passed bit over one week and still nothing. The one star reviews are true, stay away from this casino! Better spend your money elsewhere.

Trustpilot needs to update reviews left for this company, because the high 5 star ratings only refer to Trada when they were operated in Dublin. Back then, they 100% were THE best casino on the internet. But since they transferred/sold all operations to Aspire Global International LTD, it's now one of the worst!

The ratings no longer reflect what was once a great, great casino.

Deposit £10. Added a promo code, then the game wasn't working. Contacted Halyna at Customer support, and they offered me £2.50 as an equivalent to 25 free spins of 25p each, no wagering.

Decided to withdraw my £10, but lost £1 of it due to fees. Absolutely disgusting customer service and site. Don't bother, I wish I have read the reviews before I deposited. SCAM!

Been playing since a while on this casino. At bigging been fare..me playing then they been giving back a bit but since a while they took without giving anything back around 5200£ and after they added me limit on my account without any advance warning which means good bye to recover any loss. Not nice of this at all, is not fare play at all as they mention in their motto!
I do understand casino might loose or win but usually they need to give back as well not only take and play dirty by account limit! Very disappointed of this casino site!

Fairly new to this site, but a veteran online slotter.
Easy to claim, incredibly frequent offers. Either 25% cashback or Free spins pretty much daily.
Great selection of slots, tho Play and Go and Red Tiger are notably absent.
My only knock to date is that Customer Service isn't 24 hours, and sometimes the free spins do not trigger, thus you need to leave a message and wait until the next day to get your bonus.
No withdrawals to report yet, but ID verification was fairly straightforward. Overall a quality site, one of less than a dozen out there now that cater to the Canadian market.

I deposited £10 expecting a free spin bonus to be awarded. I received no bonus and the live chat member informed me that my account was banned from the bonus. I therefore went to withdraw my funds only to discover that there is a £1 withdrawal fee. This is clearly a scam to take £1 from each new customer and should be looked into by the gambling commission.

Don't even consider using this company. They make it purposely difficult to withdraw, verify your identification or even talk to a competent member of staff. With the money that I did put in, I got nothing back. Could be bad luck but I combined with the rest of my experience it wouldn't surprise me to find they have false RTP figures.

Take my advice and use a more reputable company like sky or virgin.

Worse online casino I've ever used. Made a deposit because of a welcome offer. Didn't get the bonus and when complained was given a poor excuse. Won £30 from £10 deposit, tried to withdraw. Deposited again the following day after getting an email promising 25 free spins when I deposit, again deposited and didn't get the bonus. Another poor excuse given that there was a withdrawal pending so bonus didn't apply (why send me the email then). 10 days later still my withdrawal still pending. Contacted trada and after waiting 40 mins they tell me they need documents from me. Withdrawal is going to take 20+ days to arrive. Worse casino ever. Do not bother.

Well l started with Trada Casino in August. Seemed fair actually. Joe's spins used to arrive and had some reasonable wins. Bot oh my goodness. I echo others. It would appear that they've altered the RTP. Forty pounds plus my modest winnings STRAIGHT THROUGH yesterday. I've emailed them. Too ignorant to reply. What a shame if they are doing badly. But we won't be revisiting so it'll probably get worse. Shortsighted
